Hello, and welcome to the website of the
Korea Inter-Parliamentary Exchange Center (KIPEC).

KIPEC is a new organization (founded April 2024) dedicated to deepening ties between the ROK National Assembly and the U.S. Congress.

Over the past 75 years, relations between the ROK and U.S. have grown from virtually nothing to one of the worlds’ most important bilateral relationships, spanning everything from trade to investment to student exchanges to K-Pop to security and, of course, tens of millions of personal ties. Although our cultures are very different, the American and Korean people also share a strong commitment to principles of democracy and the rule of law. KIPEC aims to strengthen the legislative element of that relationship.
