Founded in 2024, KIPEC is a non-partisan institution dedicated to strengthening ties between the Korean National Assembly and the U.S. Congress, as well as engaging with state legislatures, federal and local agencies, think tanks, and the broader policy community.

KIPEC aims to serve as a trusted platform for advancing bilateral cooperation and fostering innovative, forward-looking solutions to shared challenges.
