KIPEC hosted a briefing for newly assigned Washington, D.C. correspondents on the structure and key procedures of the U.S. Congress.

Paul Kong, Executive Director and President of the International Legal Finance Association (ILFA), led the briefing. He provided an overview of the composition and respective roles of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, the legislative process, and the functions and operations of major congressional committees.
