KIPEC hosted a seminar for newly assigned Washington correspondents to provide an overview of the United States Congress. At the seminar, Paul Kong, President of the International Legal Finance Association, provided a detailed explanation of the operations of Congress, focusing on the roles of the House and Senate, the legislative process, and key committee activities. He also delivered a practical lecture on political dynamics within Congress and decision-making processes, and provided guidance on materials and resources that correspondents can utilize during policy formulation and legislative review.
