KIPEC hosted a roundtable at its office with Troy Stangarone, Director of the Hyundai Motor-Korea Foundation Center for Korean History and Public Policy and Deputy Director of the Indo-Pacific Program at the Wilson Center. The roundtable focused on evaluating Congress's role in relation to Trump's executive orders and the confirmation of the defense secretary and cabinet nominees. Additionally, we discussed the Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to analyze the impact and consequences of Trump’s executive orders.
