In this brief, we summarize the key developments in the U.S. Congress and major legislative trends for September. We also hosted a roundtable with Professor Jesse Krier from Georgetown University Law Center, focusing on a U.S. Supreme Court case challenging the constitutionality of tariffs imposed by President Trump under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

Additionally, we have included a summary of the report on Korea-U.S. relations published by the Congressional Research Service (CRS).
