About Olivia Kim
Olivia Kim is a Research Fellow at the Korea Inter-Parliamentary Exchange Center (KIPEC), where she researches Korea–U.S. relations, including security, economic, and political issues, and monitors U.S. congressional activities.
During her graduate studies, she participated in numerous research projects and was selected as a Korea Foundation Junior Scholar at the Wilson Center. She later worked as a Research Specialist at the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) in Washington, D.C., analyzing U.S. trade and industrial policies.
She earned her Ph.D. in Government with a concentration in International Political Economy from Georgetown University and holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Political Science and Diplomacy from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
